February 12, 2007)(Bonapfel).  Plaintiff’s Complaint to except debt from discharge pursuant to section 523 was dismissed.  It was filed one day after the expiration of the time for filing dischargeability complaints, and the plaintiff offered no legal or equitable defense to the debtor’s motion to dismiss.
