Retailer Linens 'N Things Expected To File Chapter 11 Within A Week

Linens 'n Things Inc., a home-furnishings retailer caught by an increasing debt load and shrinking housing market, is expected to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy-court protection by Tuesday, several people familiar with the matter said.

They owe me for a rebate can I collect my money?
I have yet to received my $25 Linen and Things Reward Card. The receipt, UPS code and completed product cards were mailed to you 1/13/08.
As of today, 4/16/08, it is well past the 8-10 week waiting period. I expect my Reward Card immediately.
I had a simular experience.I bought a item in august 08 with a rebate on it. The item broke the first time I used it. I returned it and they said they will still give me the rebate and the return. I have never gotten either one of them. I have contacted them for months with phone lines of the hook, employees that can't do anything about it and them not answering my e-mails. I am out of money and don't even have the product. Still trying to get my moeny. They owe me $17 for product and $10 rebate visa card.
I got the $10 visa rebate card after the shutdown of the stores... but now can't find it. Does anyone have one that they can provide me the 800 phone number off the back of the rebate visa card ??? This is a different phone number than the rebate center (the phone for which no longer works). Thanks.
