Steve Jakubowski at the Bankruptcy Litigation Blog has put together an incredible resource on consumer BAPCPA cases and issues. Everyone interested in consumer cases decided under the BAPCPA should read Steve's materials, which were prepared for a CLE program. Steve will add new sections over the upcoming weeks and months.
