Steve discusses the case of In re Whitehall Jewelers Holdings, Inc., 2008 WL 2951974 (Bankr. D. Del. July 28, 2008) (click here for pdf), in which the issue was whether the debtor could sell consigned goods and, if so, under what circumstances.
